Papa J Kitchen (UEN: 53430846E) (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.papajkitchen.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), or through Papa J Kitchen’s sales hotline at +6588812301 (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Papa J Kitchen.

• Delivery Timing: Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation

• Minimum Order: A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount may be adjusted for Festive period)

• Self-Collection: No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders

• Payment Methods: Accepts payment via PayNow. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required

• Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date

• No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself

• Price and Information: Effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification

• Menu Changes: We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality

• Promotional Items: We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where deemed fit

• Delivery Safety: To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances

• Order Confirmation: Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Papa J Kitchen will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.

• Changes to Terms & Conditions: All items/dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
